Terms of Service

1. The service

Run2Earn measures physical movement using the location sensor of the device you are holding, converts verified distance into points, and pays those points out as digital assets on Robinhood Chain. By connecting a wallet you agree to these terms.

2. Your account is your wallet

You create an account by signing a one-time message with your wallet. There is no email address and no password. Whoever controls the wallet controls the account and its points. If you lose access to the wallet we cannot recover the account, because we hold no other identifier for you.

3. How movement is measured

While the tracker is open your browser reports GPS positions to us. Our server checks each segment and discards any reading that is not consistent with a person walking or running. Readings with poor accuracy, implausible speeds, large jumps and long gaps are rejected rather than paid, and standing still earns nothing. Only what survives these checks becomes points.

4. Points

Points are a record of verified movement. They are not money, not a security, not transferable between accounts, and have no value outside this service. The conversion rate, the daily cap, tier multipliers and the payout rate can change, and the current values are always the ones published in the product. Points obtained by simulating movement, spoofing location, travelling by vehicle, running multiple accounts or otherwise defeating verification will be removed and the wallet may be suspended.

5. Payouts

When you claim, we send a transaction from our treasury to your wallet on Robinhood Chain. Payouts depend on the treasury holding sufficient funds and may be paused; while paused your points remain in your balance. If a transaction fails your points are returned automatically. Once a transaction is confirmed on chain it is final and cannot be reversed by us.

6. No investment advice or custody

We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or custodian. We never take custody of your wallet or its contents, we never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we cannot move assets out of your wallet. The value of any asset you receive can rise or fall. Nothing in this service is investment advice.

7. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live and must not use the service where local law prohibits it. You are responsible for any tax arising from what you receive. You are also responsible for your own safety: pay attention to traffic and your surroundings, and never use the tracker in a way that puts you or anyone else at risk.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and GPS accuracy varies with your device and surroundings. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for movement a device failed to record, or for changes in the value of any asset received.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the product. We may suspend or close an account that breaches them. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your wallet.
